Preowned well loved and stored 1905 hotel Saint Regis, New York promotional booklet that is bound like a book. Has multiple cover condition issues, including staining discoloring increases holes and tears at the bottom binding on the spine. There’s some marks wear and scuffs inside pages are discolored from age. There are some creases on some of the pages some have some marks in between some of the pages. The bin needs a little looser than others. Please see pictures. For its age, the pages are in great quality again the cover front and back have the most condition issues.
