1902 Siamese State Railway Bangkok Siam German Estate Heir Search Kurrent Letter
Original 1902 German handwritten Kurrent document concerning Wilhelm Oswald Müller, a German expatriate who died in Bangkok, Siam. The biographical summary states that Müller had worked for the Siamese State Railway, had previously been a teacher, was born in Breslau in 1851, emigrated from Germany in 1872, and had lived in England, North America and California before reaching Siam. In August 1902, a man named Wilhelm Oswald Müller died in Bangkok, Siam.
He was most recently employed as a railway official with the Siamese State Railway, but was originally a teacher. He was born in Breslau in 1851.
He was at first employed as a teacher in Silesia and apparently left Germany as early as 1872 in order to go to England, North America, California, and elsewhere.
No heirs to his estate have yet come forward, despite repeated public notices.
