Up for sale is an authentic, original late-Victorian Knights of Pythias fraternal lodge ceremonial dress sword complete with its matching steel scabbard. The blade features a dedicated presentation panel acid-etched in period Spencerian script to original member J. W. Litchfield, dated Jan. 9, 1898. A historical display piece ideal for fraternal collectors, militaria enthusiasts, and genealogical researchers.

Authentic, uncleaned antique condition displaying genuine age-earned patina, surface darkening, and honest oxidation across the steel scabbard tube and cast fittings.

Blade surface shows period graying and light age spots, while the etched scrollwork, motto, and recipient name remain legible and distinct.

Wire wrap on the grip is tight and fully intact.

Unrestored and unpolished to preserve original 19th-century surfaces and darkened recessed details.
