Mills, Corsicana TX. Letter was written while Mills was a Congressional House Member from Texas (D) 1873-1892. Mills also was elected to the U.S. Senate from 1892-1899. Measures 9 1/2\" x 7 1/2\". Letter mentions Tariff Reform, Democratic Party and 1892 Election.Salvaged from an 1892 Autograph Album which was owned and compiled by W.C. Lewis from Santa Cruz, CA. I\'ve included several photos which show the front of the album and a handwritten title page, neither are included. The Letter is still attached to an Album Page which has been removed.
