W. H. Fay & Co. Waterproof Building Manilla Construction Catalog 1891. Well illustrated. Measures 5-3/4\" x 9\". 32 pages. This product was a type of paper that was to be used for roofs, siding & carpet/flooring. Must have been cheap. I wonder what the longevity of these buildings was. See Images. Covers are tan. Pages are not as white as pics show. Stains throughout at bottom. Some wear & soiling to covers. Some smudging to contents. Title page has separated from binding but still intact.B3-8
