It contains the official by-laws, meeting details (held on Wednesdays on or preceding the full moon), committee structures, and comprehensive rosters listing the names and admission/status years of local members dating back to the mid-19th century. Decorated with charming red-line page borders and a knight/castle frontispiece Good reading/reference condition. The blue mottled cloth boards feature stamped gilt lettering ("John T.
