Features promotional testimonials of individuals making fortunes and a call for town agents, signed at the bottom: Address S. A. Thayer, New Ipswich, N.H. Crossed out with large layout strokes.

    2. Covering Letter Page: Dated New Ipswich, N.H. Nov 17/83 addressed to Messrs. Nelson Chesman & Co., St. Louis, Mo. Requesting advertising rate estimates for insertion in their list of twenty daily newspapers. Signed Respectfully, S.A. Thayer, with additional notes referencing ad placements in the Springfield Republican.
