This antique compote fruit bowl was manufactured by Gillinder and Sons, who were the largest glass ware maker in Philadelphia in the 1880s when this was produced. The clear glass is adorned with diamond point sawtooth edges all around the bowl. It measures 7 inches in diameter & height.

The bowl has no chips, cracks or flea bites and very few minor scratches. I love the internal bubbles in glass of this age showing the issues in the beginning of this industry.
