In the opening paragraph, Frances Wason of Quincy, Norfolk County, Massachusetts declares this to be her last will and testament. She makes specific bequests to family members, including:
Brother JOHN HASELTINE of Nebraska
Brother JAMES G. HASELTINE of Amherst, New Hampshire
Sister ROXANNA ADAMS of Candia, New Hampshire
Sister CAROLINE BARNARD of New Boston, New Hampshire
She further leaves an additional sum to JAMES G. HASELTINE, and devises the remainder of her real and personal estate to her niece HARRIET JOSEPHINE ADAMS.
