He started off in the NABBP for Washington DC. He played the inaugural season of the National Association in 1871 there also. He eventually made his way to Chicago in 1874 and played there until 1877. Glenn’s demise was in 1888 from gunshot wound effects. Glenn had previously tried to sexually assault a nine year old school girl heading out to the outhouse during class. Glenn was shot by a police officer who was between Glenn and a lynch mob.
