1870's Minton Botanical 8" Plates Hand Painted 4 Designs Butterflies/Dragonflies Excellent

We are offering for sale this lot of four antique Minton Botanical porcelain plates made in 1870-1880 during the Aesthetic movement. These very desirable plates are 7 3/4" in diameter and are in amazing condition, there are no chips, cracks or crazing, the surfaces are shiny with very minimal signs of use. They have the embossed Minton name on the bottom with the g532 pattern number.

These plates are hand painted with polychrome enamel possibly over a transfer outline. The plates are decorated with various flora and fauna with delightful butterflies and dragonflies and gold edges. This Minton pattern is highly collectible especially in this wonderful condition.
