on merchandise for a refundWe do not offer partial refundsUnfortunately, we, along with many retailers, have seen a rise in fraudulent claims andrefund abuse. This kind of fraudulent activity puts a strain on our small business. Inventory control stickers are our way of navigating fraudulent claims. The stickers are a tool we have to counter those who are deceptive and fraudulent.
Refund abuseis the intentional manipulation of a retailer's return or refund policy for financial or material gain, often under false pretenses. The individual avoids payment for an item or service through deceptive claims or actions, such as: Fabricating damage:Falsely claiming an item arrived chipped or broken. Non-return refund:Demanding a refund for an item they still possess and refuse to send back.
