This is a mid-century modern Swedish blue "Bamboo" art glass vase designed by Bo Borgström for Åseda Glasbruk during the 1960s.

Those bubbles are a hallmark design element and do not negatively affect the value—in fact, they confirm its authenticity!
In mid-century Scandinavian art glass, this is known as a "controlled bubble" base (sometimes referred to by the Italian term bullicante). Bo Borgström intentionally trapped a pocket of air inside the heavy clear glass foot of these "Bamboo" vases during the hand-blowing process to create a striking floating visual effect.
Because almost all authentic vintage Åseda Bamboo vases feature this signature bubble bottom.
This beautiful piece of Glassware is part of my personal collection. Ive always collected glassware. I started selling off some of my less unique pieces at my michigan flea markets over the past few years.
