Delivery Time: Typical transit time for domestic shipments range from 2 to 7 business days. International shipments are shipped from Hong Kong, and can take up to 1-4 week to arrive, depending on your location. Undeliverable Addresses/Packages: If your package is returned to us due to an error on your part; wrong address provided, no forwarding information, no receptacle, or no ste/unit/apt number; you will need to pay standard post office shipping rates to have us reship your item. Please make sure your shipping address is correct in AND PayPal before checkout.
Please also note we are not responsible for items marked as delivered by the post office tracking system. You need to contact your local post office to track down your package as soon as you realize it has been misdelivered. Please understand we did not deliver the package, so we can offer little to no help in find its current location.

RETURNS: Returns requests are only accepted within 30 days from the invoice date. LILY-BEAUTY offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee; this means if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price excluding shipping. Only items sent back in original packaging may be eligible for a full refund. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee may be applied. Please note that return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, with the only exception being for DOA (Damaged On Arrival) items or if an incorrect item was shipped in our error.
If your item is found to be DOA (Damaged On Arrival) or if we made an error in fulfilling your order, you may make a claim within 30 days from the invoice date. To make a claim, simply send a message to our account via \'s messaging system, and you will receive a response within 24 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) confirming that we acknowledge your return inquiry. We will provide you with a return shipping address and/or RMA instructions. Replacement units will be shipped out once you obtain a RMA* (Return Authorization Number) and have shipped the defective unit back to us.
The buyer understands returns are repaired or replaced at the seller\'s discretion, and will give the seller a reasonable amount of time to process said return. Please note all returns claimed to be DOA will be tested. If the customer originally paid for the return of an item that is truly defective, the seller will refund the cost of shipping up to $5.00. If a prepaid return label was issued for the return of an item that tests to be 100% functional, up to a $5.00 processing fee will be applied and only a partial refund will be issued.
WARRANTIES: Many items carried by LILY-BEAUTY are covered by a 1 or 3 year warranty. If your item is covered by a warranty and becomes defective after the 30-day Money Back Guarantee period has expired, you need to contact the manufacture to make a claim. Please note, all warranties are offered by the manufacturer and will be honored by the manufacturer only. In the event that you need to make a claim, a manufactures contact information can be found on the back of their packaging. Please save this contact info, and please save a copy of your invoice, as you will need both to make a claim with the manufacture.
