$1 South Shore Club Lake Tahoe 1965 For Sale

This is a $1 chip from the South Shore Club, which opened in 1965 for only a year. According to ‘The Official US Casino Chip Price Guide’, under the $1 listing, and I quote, “Almost all examples are badly faded or discolored on one side. Extremely difficult to find mint”. I offer this one with razor sharp edges and only the slightest indication of fading on one side. Very close to uncirculated condition. Might be the finest known specimen.
