View Larger Image   Toe Joe Ohio Art Swinging Clown Mechanical   Description: This is a nice machanical motion toy "TOE JOE" as Joe the clown's toes touch on the metal base as he swings back and forth. There is a thumb lever on the front side that when you push it down Joe swings forward, realease and he swing back. Once you get him going he can eventually flip over the high bar. The gears and lever movement seem to be in very good condition, but is mostly hidden inside. Joe's clothes are mostly made of felt type fabric, and are a bit frayed at the ends of the sleeves and pants. The high bar stand is all metal, Joe has some metal inside his arms, but otherwise is mostly plastic and fabric. The high bar stand is 16" tall from the bottom all the way to the little red markers at the top, 12" to the high bar Joe is holding onto. The paint on the metal is about 97% intact, just a little minor edge wear, and a few tiny spots of paint missing. The base is 4.5 x 9.25" wide.
