The color and design is both Art Nouveau and Art Deco from the transitional period. Vibrant colors on a cream color background of enameled mesh. Frame is silver color, plated, I think as is the chain. Marked Mandelian Mfg. Co. There are some of the bottom chains missing and a few of the chains are broken off, shortened. All else is intact and in great condition.
