View Larger Image   Drilling Calculator Fosdick Machine Tool Co.   Description: This is a nice clean slide calculator, marked "FOSDICK DRILLING CALCULATOR MATERIAL BRASS, BRONZE, CAST IRON, MALLEABLE IRON, MILD STEEL, STEEL CASTINGS, TOOL STEEL, DRILL R.P.M. MINUTES TO DRILL" on one side, and "DRILL DIAMETER, R.P.M. & SETTING NUMBERS" on the other side. The calculator is made of a coated paper card, one inner slide card and one doubled outside card, and is in good+ condition overall, with little wear, the inner card slides smoothly, and the variable numbers/text align well in the windows, a little minor edge wear, and a slight bend in the outer cards, and all the text is easy to see and read. It is rare, and is not marked with a copyright date, but would be from the mid-1900.
