POPYE Animation Cel The Sailor Man Production Art Vtg cartoons BRUTUS 1960's I7 For Sale

Here we have a really nice rare setup from the 1960s Popeye the sailor Man animated series. This lot features the rare character BRUTUS on a hand-painted background. This cell and background came out of the same production folder and the folder came in a group of animation cells and backgrounds from hanna-barbera, Fleischer, Popeye (1950s to 1970s). So this background could be episode matching but at the very least it's a 1960s to 1970s flasher / Hanna-Barbera studios Production background. The rocks and cactuses overlay came out of the same folder as well. They should be from the same time frame and could very well belong to this background but that I'm not sure of. Regardless it's a 1960s 1970s overlay from one of the studios which you can choose to display with or without it. Purchased him a very knowledgeable animation collector. As you can imagine stuff like this is very hard to find.
