Here we have really nice hard to find Popeye the sailor Man and olive oyl hand painted animation cel and key drawing of the professor from pink panthor. The cell is signed twice (not sure who by). This piece has been professionally framed ( UV protected). This is a $200 plus frame job easy. This was a prize piece for somebody. The size is 15x 14 in roughly and about an inch thick.
