vintage Seiffener Miniaturen East German Miniature BAKERY Scene In Matchbox For Sale

Very good condition, please see pictures. The wooden hand carving inside the matchbox is just wonderful! Since this is a cardboard matchbox, and not thin wood slats, I think this was made sometime after the late 1990\'s, so just barely vintage. The \"CN\" in the lower right corner of the matchbox indicates that this one was made in the workshops of Christine Neuber, known for her wonderful detailed carving starting in 1986. (I love all the loaves of breads on the shelf!). There was a price tag on the back of the box that was peeled off (mostly) sometime in the past. It would be a great starter piece for a miniature matchbox collection.
Everything I sell comes from our family estate that is being downsized. My dear relative loved all things dolls, fairies, bears, pottery - beautiful things of value. As I open each box and carton, I am constantly amazed at the treasures I find. I\'ve uncovered so many wonderful, rare, vintage figurines and ornaments that once belonged to her. She had a very good eye for the best of the best. My only goal is to pass these wonderful things on to the people who will love and appreciate them, just as she did.
