vintage 1940's electric stainless steel electric medical instrument sterilizer. For Sale

The Wilmot Castle Company manufactured medical sterilizers and lighting equipment in Rochester, New York, starting in the late nineteenth century. These countertop autoclaves and boiling sterilizers were produced throughout the mid-twentieth century to meet strict hygiene demands in growing medical and dental practices. They were constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel with built-in electric heating elements and internal wire mesh lift trays to ensure durability under constant thermal stress.
