Folded AP ledger measures approx. 3.5 by 8.25 inches. Cover measures approx. 4 by 9 inches. AP ledger sheet has faint margin wear and bends. The envelope has missing pieces at top, couple tiny tears and margin wear. The seal near the missing piece has small crack & small piece out. The other 2 seals have a few hairline cracks.
