metal penguin figurine,heavy,unusual For Sale

Very unusual heavy metal penguin.For the life of me I haven\'t a clue what it is.First I thought maybe its a hood ornament because it has 2 holes in its base,then I though how the arms are located and there position that it holds a vase,or drinking glass,or maybe its just a figurine?Almost 2 pounds weight,6 in tall,4 in wide at feet.Might need a light cleaning if your inclined.
