5. I believe Perth N/C is Perth North Carolina
6. seems the L D Lovell is famous sailing ship
7. everythingin good condition, nothing broken
8. painting is clean, one smallblack spot, see photo, it is in the making
9. wood frameis all original, probably mahogany, top and bottom corner on right slight damage
