2. broadside is original Dec. 23, 1896 for sale Feb. 1897
3. saleing off wood lots and land belonging to estate of James Eldridge
4. this involves towns of Barnstable, South Harwich, Chatham, all town on Cape Cod Mass
6. paper is not torn, no water stains, definitely original small 1/2 piece missing on the bottom, and one corner folded
7. broadside was folded before framing, some creases
8. purchased from estate here i NH
9. frame is old, in good condition, alligator finish, see photo
approximate measurements
1.16 x13 x 1 in. thick
2. inside the frame 10 x 13 in.
