Item features the classic Windy Varga Girl on the obverse with an Art Deco style reverse.
Lighter is new, unfired, and unfilled. Insert is the standard classic brass liquid fuel model. Be aware that the raw brass case will take a patina over time unless oiled or coated? but I think a patina would only enhance the character of this piece even more.
