Zippo 1965 WMC Logo Red Circular Emblem Advertising Lighter Box & Paper For Sale

1965 Zippo advertising windproof lighter with white WMC letters in a dark square surrounded by a red circular swirl motif. The opposite face is plain, showing the silver-tone finish without another printed design. This WMC advertising Zippo is a specific company-logo piece for advertising memorabilia collections; the full organization represented by the initials is not established. Included are the photographed removable insert, cream-and-red Zippo presentation box and red-and-white paper. The case has fine scratches, surface marks and several dark spots on the reverse lid. The box has visible staining and wear. The insert shows rubbing and discoloration with a light-colored wick and a visible felt pad and screw. Fuel and function have not been tested. The pale wick does not establish unfired history or working condition. The base bears ZIPPO, Bradford PA and patent markings.
