When you submit the purchase through , the item is removed from my store inventory and placed on hold pending payment. I cannot hold items indefinitely and will relist if there is no contact from you after3 days.
If you need to cancel the sale, please initiate the cancellation process through (do not send me a message requesting me to cancel - has a process for buyer to cancel the sale and this is the most effective and efficient way for both you and me). I do not see requests for cancellation before orders are processed, as it does not come up automatically in the order and due to the volume of emails I receive - your order will be processed before I see your request therefore it is imperative that you cancel the sale if you change your mind.
Please do not include a message to seller with your payment. I DO NOT SEE these messages. I utilize the bulk shipping option on and messages are not transferred into it when I'm buying the shipping. Any messages must come in a separate message to seller. (ie, please don't include an invoice, please send a note saying "love, Mary, etc).
I aim to ship most items on same day as purchase/payment EXCEPT WHEN I AM AWAY WORKING - which requires a longer handling period. Shipping is dependent upon your payment clearing through the system.
VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION: I ship to the address listed in the purchase order. Please ensure your shipping address is current and where you'd like this item to be delivered. I am happy to ship as a gift, please make sure to change the shipping address when finalizing order as I ship to the address in the order.
