The staff for Joseph can be hot glued back on or when you display it, prop it up to the shoulder area where the mark is (see photo) and it stays in place. I also saw on Etsy that for around $5 they sell metal staffs which can be used for the shepherd boy. I put the chain from the camel in the boy\'s hand.
