Vintage, Wooden & Uncommon Long Handled CATTLE Salt & Pepper Shakers
Description of item...Here we have a vintage,wooden, whimsical and uncommon pair of long handled Salt & Pepper Shakers depicting stylized HORNED CATTLE/COWS with painted face accents and raw hide hanging cords. Eachmeasures approx. 20-1/2" long x 7-1/4" horn wide x 3-1/4" deep (head/snout.) Both are in very good maintained (lightly/barely used) condition with no chips or cracks, no paint loss...appearing to have had minimal use if any at all.They are being offered in "as found" condition currently showing some minor scuff/rub marks here and there...all of which are not offensive. One Cow is marked with a "P" and the other an "S" - both snouts unscrew to fill with salt orpepper. Came from a well cared for private home collection of many years, however the exact age and origin are unknown. This BBQ set weighs approx. 1 lb., add 2 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material. I combine shipping when safe and practical for all items purchased.
