How To Use

• Soak the stone into the water for 10-15 minute, put it on the bamboo base with silicone holder on a flat surface
• Clip the angle guide on the knife at an angle of 10~30°
• Use 400 Grit side for rough grinding dull knives
• Use 1000 Grit side for sharpening dull knives. This process takes about 10 minutes
• Use 3000 Grit side for fine sharpening. This process takes about 15 minutes
• Use 8000 Grit side for final polishing and refine your knife edge. This process takes about 10 minutes.
• Use flattening Stone to keep your water stones flat
• Keep some water on the whetstone to stay wet
• After honing, clean the knife with wet cloth or water, then dry it
• Use a soft brush to clean the stone, then put it in a ventilated place to dry
