This is a Western Electric Telephone double sided plastic & metal light up sign that can either be hung as a flange sign or a hanging sign. The bracket is easy to remove and put in whichever style you want to hang it. The plastic is in great condition with no cracks, chips, or breaks! It appears to have the original cord (with the ground stem removed).
Probably a 1960's vintage, maybe 1950's. I replaced the florescent bulb (a common 18" bulb). It weighs around 9 lbs.!
Plastic light up signs are becoming more popular (as porcelain signs are becoming more pricey).
It is not a Bell Telephone brand. It is Western Electric, which also made telephones.
