Up for sale this original Western Electric model 302 Desk set from the 1940s. This phone has been completely refurbished and professionally powdercoated a very nice gleaming black. Metal body is from the \"Pre-war\" era before they switched to the thermoplastic bodies. Nice \"F\" style handset has been buffed and polished to a sheen. Beautiful brass two gong ringer to signal incoming calls. We have added and new brown cloth era correct handset cord and a black modular line cord to plug right into the wall. It has a WE #5H Dial that has been cleaned and adjusted to specs. Some slight wear/scratching on the numbers as shown. The original leather feet are in very good condition. This phone will work on any STANDARD landline. Certain newer modems or other VOIP phones systems will require a \"Pulse to Tone converter\" to dial out.
