Rare Walt Disney photograph with intriguing Walt/Elias Disney identification and provenance from the collection of actor and noted Disney collector Bobby Sherman.

This is an original vintage photograph associated with Walt Disney, with a handwritten/printed reference number visible on the photograph. The photograph comes from the estate collection of Bobby Sherman, longtime Disney collector and actor.

The photograph bears an archive/reference number on the reverse, consistent with the studio\'s archival/publicity-photo system. Please see photographs of both the front and back for details.

Photograph is of Walt Disney on opening day at Disneyland (1955). He is standing in front of the Elias Disney window on Main Street. The photo is framed in a 1970ish frame. I carefully removed the photo from the frame and on the back of the photo was the following --

This photograph came from the Disneyana collection of actor and longtime Disney collector Bobby Sherman.
