Up for sale is an authentic, 1940s World War II-era military medical equipment transit box. Originally engineered by Heidbrink/Ohio Chemical for field service, this heavy-duty case features a completely open, all-metal interior. It makes a fantastic industrial ammo/tool storage box, military display piece, or unique collectible.
