We present to your attention two German briar pipes from the period of the 3rd Reich.Advertising cardboard included. I read somewhere that such sets were delivered to the front,and somewhere that these were advertising cardboard boxes with tubes for store windows of that time.The last photo shows an example of such sets (from the famous catalog "Deutsche Soldaten. Agustin Saiz").The mouthpieces are not bitten, the bowls are not burnt, there are no chips or cracks,and there is no smell of tobacco. The pipes aren't smoked. Both tubes have the standard "Bruyere garantie" branding.Metal O-rings.Excellent items for a WWII themed collection, or can be used for their intended purpose if you don’t mind(the pipes are in excellent condition, fully functional).Happy offerding and shopping!
