Constructed of a white cotton/linen blend, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with a golden-yellow russian braid cord, bearing a central machine-embroidered golden-yellow inscription of “KRETA” (“CRETE”), flanked on each side by an Acanthus of identical construction, the reverse plain, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 340 mm (l). It is in worn condition and shows soiling.
