Vintage Set 2 AYNSLEY Teacups & Saucers PEACHY PINK SWIRL w/FLORAL England Bone China
Swirled Floral Pattern circa 1950s
Cup Size Approx. 2.25\" tall x 3 3/8\" across
Saucer 5.5\" across with a circle indent in center for cup
Set consists of 2 cups and 2 saucers, 4 pieces total
This is an extremely collectible set due to the rarity of finding a matched set of 2 of these lovely pieces
Peachy apricot pink color with a pronounced outer swirl and a scalloped edge lined in gold gilt. Inner cup is glossy pure white with a gorgeous tulip bouquet inside. Saucer also has a white circular center to rest cup in.
Excellent condition to both cups and both saucers- no nicks chips cracks scratches wear or repair to any of the 4 pieces. No fading, richly colored, nice and glossy inside and out. No wear to gold trim. Gold trim on handles is on top portion only, in a leaf pattern, with gold strips down the handle sides. This allows the hand to grip onto white porcelain when holding the cup, to not wear on gold.
