We do have a smoke free home, sometimes we pick up items from Estate Sales and we don’t know the previous history. Please note we do own indoor pets. We do not store our clothing or textiles where are pets are, however if you have severe allergies you may wish to have your item laundered before wearing. We strive to be as descriptive as possible and provide lots of pictures. Never hesitate to ask for more measurements or ask questions. While many textiles can be shipped first class I often list priority mail. Priority Mail carries insurance while first class does not. You may request to see if first class shipping or parcel post is available.



SHIPPING:

I’m happy to combine shipping on multiple items if I can. Please feel free to message me for more information on shipping multiple items. I can often give you a quote if you include your zip code in your message. When applicable I include parcel post as a shipping option. Please note parcel post takes several days up to a couple of weeks to reach its destination and is not insured. If you need your items in a hurry please select priority mail. Please select the least expensive option that works for you. I try to always list a flat rate option when applicable


I almost always ship within 24 to 48 hours of payment with the exception being items paid for Friday may not be shipped until Monday. Holidays may also effect shipping times. If you would like your items shipped sooner please message me, I can generally accommodate.


Many items we do ship through Global Shipping. I do make sure the items are packed well.


MAKING AN OFFER:

We do accept offers on many items. In the event an item does not accept offers feel free to shoot us a message. If your offer is fair we will send you the offer you requested. If a user sends us extremely low offers we may block you. Only because we have had a problem with BOTS spamming us with low offers. We only do this on rare occasions but be aware you may get blocked because of very low offers. Please DO NOT change shipping conditions in your offer. Those offers will ALWAYS be declined. As it is very difficult to communicate that way. If you have a concern with shipping costs just shoot me a message to see if there are other options. Include your zip code.


Damaged items:

I spend a lot of time packaging our fragile items to ensure a safe delivery. We have a very low breakage rate. Should the unfortunate happen and your item is damaged please send me pictures of the damaged box and the item, as well as the packaging materials used. We insure all of our packages to protect both us and the buyer.


LOST IN TRANSIT:

All of our items are shipped with tracking. We almost always use USPS. While they are extremely dependable sometimes they get busy during the holidays or backed up due to bad weather. Please be patient and feel free to contact us. If enough time has passed we can file a claim to find the package. All of our packages are tracked and insured to protect both us as sellers and you as the buyer.


Returns:

I will accept returns. The buyer pays for the return shipping and I will refund as long as item is returned to me in the same condition sold. The refund occurs when I receive the package. Please package carefully so the item isn’t damaged during shipping. Most carriers are only accepting insurance claims when it is shown the shipper provided adequate packaging to protect the item. Please include tracking on your return package, insurance if I added additional insurance when shipped (usps includes $50 insurance on all priority mail items). Please send me the tracking number and carrier that way we can both track the package. All of my sales include tracking unless otherwise noted in the sale. I only accept domestic returns

If you don’t have a U.S. shipping address on file with , I’m am very sorry but, please do not offer unless you message us first to see if we will change the listing to Global Shipping. If you pay to have an item shipped to a mailing center and then shipped to you overseas I’m not responsible if the package is opened and then repackaged. Not all of my items are listed for Global shipping, if you see something you like that isn’t listed for Global shipping please feel free to ask. Depending on size and how fragile an item is I may decide to go ahead a ship through Global shipping. I can only ship outside of the US using Global shipping, our local drop off centers do not accept international packages.
