Up for sale is a gorgeous vintage set of four (4) individual open soup bowls by Metlox in the highly collectible Poppytrail Red Rooster pattern. Crafted in California, USA, during the mid-century era, these bowls feature a vibrant, glossy orange-red glaze and beautifully detailed, embossed scroll/rooster-themed lug handles.
Perfect for serving hot soups, chilis, or stews, this set adds a bold pop of retro Mid-Century Modern charm to any dining table or display hutch.
All are in excellent condition. One of the bowls has a few pinpoint brown glaze discolorations as shown in the photo. This can occur as a natural part of the glazing process.
