Date of Magnetic information 1945 (<-- guessing. This is what all of this lot of maps had on them). Secretary of Commerce. We believe this is to Scale 1:1,000,000. Because this map was cut in half, we are missing some of the information that is provided on the other side of the map.
This rectangular map arrives folded. There are a couple of small discoloration spots from use. It has been cut in half by the pilot. The lot of maps this was part of was rescued from an abandon house in Miami area about 40 years ago, and the treasure hunter that found them said that the house had been abandoned as long as he could remember. The color is in excellent condition. The reverse side is blank.
This map makes a great gift or wall decor for a pilot, a hunter cabin or a resident of Buffalo, New York, Erie Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas in the United States butting up against the Canada border and Toronto, Canada and the surrounding areas west and south of Toronto and Buffalo.
