This is a hard to find vintage 1950s bone china teacup, saucer, and accompanying snack plate set featuring Balmoral Castle in Scotland, and highlighting the Clan Cameron. The edges are all gilt in gold.
There is no maker's mark on the bottom - they all are marked "Bone China" in gold lettering. However, I do see similar tea cups listed as Taylor & Kent or as Queen Anne. The snack plate measures 6 1/2" in diameter. The teacup is 3" tall and is 3 1/2" across the mouth. The saucer is 5 3/4" in diameter.
I am happy to add in a vintage souvenir Scottish bagpiper in a glass bottle, he came with the se when I found it! So he should stay with it. It is marked "Made in Scotland by Caledonian Hand-Crafts Edinburgh". This bagpiper is 5" tall.
