Vtg Antique Egg Yolk Butterscotch Baltic Amber Misbaha Tesbih Prayer Beads 16mm For Sale

Offered for your consideration is a magnificent vintage 33-bead Islamic Misbaha (Tesbih) prayer strand crafted from genuine, natural butterscotch / egg yolk Baltic amber. This substantial strand features large, hand-shaped barrel beads measuring approximately 15mm to 16mm, culminating in a traditional lathe-turned imame (minaret) centerpiece. The amber displays a rich, sought-after golden egg-yolk patina with natural organic inclusions, surface character, and authentic age-related wear around the drill holes. The strand measures roughly 11 inches in length as doubled (see ruler photo) and has been UV-tested to confirm its natural Baltic amber fluorescence.

Whether you are a dedicated collector of antique Middle Eastern and Islamic devotional objects, a connoisseur of fine natural Baltic amber, or looking for an investment-grade heirloom piece, this rare strand is sure to impress. The beads are strung on a rustic twisted cord and remain in wonderful vintage condition with a warm, tactile polish that only decades of history can provide. Thank you for looking!
