Vtg. African tribal art carving? For Sale

The item is sold as is, as found and as you see it. The carving features a man with a wood hat from a tree with a bark outer trim. His top part of body is the same with the same treatment. The wood sliced areas from trim on underside of hat and his collar. He has a carved face and painted black in top of hat center and neckline. The bark on outside of collar exterior. Heavy wood for size. Cant say for sure what country of origin. He has age related issues. Embedded dirt on surface of wood and sliced part. A split in wood at center top of hat running down middle on both sides; as I found it. Not sure if made this way or just age. The wood is what it is; dirty. A few more split areas on back of hat. I think this is how it was made. Unsure of wood used. See all pics for they are part of description. Measures 3.5" X 6.75" X 4.25".
