Designed by artist Lois Long (de Antonio), this is a 1950s vintage kitchen tea towel, manufactured by Town House Kitchen Decoratives.
The print on the towel features \"Measures and their Equivilants or Substitutions\" - illustrating teaspoons to tablespoons to cups and pounds to cups.
Midcentury modern color palette of autumn gold, camel tan, and burnt orange with black and white lettering.
The material is pure colorfast linen.
Approximate size is 15 inches across x 28 inches long
Has a hem at the top where a small dowel rod can be inserted for hanging purposes.
Appears to have never been used, hung or washed. Vibrant colors. There is a small flaw on the left side near the M in the word measurement. On the back side there are a two areas where it appears the edge is fraying; however, the hem stitching is in place. The fraying is due to the selvage edge not being tucked under the hem stitch to begin with. Please see photos.
