Charming set of two vintage 1998 Victorian Gallery miniature decorative calendars featuring beautifully detailed Victorian-style illustrations of young girls surrounded by delicate flowers, ornate patterns, and romantic period-inspired fashion.
One calendar features a blue-eyed girl with cascading golden curls, dressed in a rich red outfit with lace detailing, framed by an elaborate burgundy and gold ornamental design accented with purple flowers.
The second features a sweet Victorian girl wearing a green ribbon-trimmed bonnet and lace clothing, surrounded by an abundant arrangement of pink roses, delicate blue flowers, and a woven floral basket.
Both calendars retain their original, unused 1998 monthly calendar pads, featuring decorative Gothic-style lettering. Their shaped cardstock designs and colorful vintage-inspired artwork make them delightful examples of late-1990s Victorian Revival decorative stationery.
Originally produced by Victorian Gallery of Burlington, Kansas, these nostalgic miniature calendars are wonderful additions to collections of vintage paper ephemera, Victorian-inspired memorabilia, romantic cottage decor, or decorative calendar collectibles.
