Vtg 1960s Mexican Terracotta Face Planter Pot Folk Art Head Pair Man Woman Set For Sale

Product Overview
This is a remarkably rare, matching pair of vintage 1960s Mexican terracotta folk art face planters, hand-crafted with exceptional character and detail.

• The Man Planter: Features a powerful expression with a stylized prominent mustache, detailed beard, and a textured, studded hair or headdress design. The back and sides display beautiful dark charcoal and fiery orange coloration from the original firing and aging process.
• The Woman Planter: Depicts an exotic, smiling female face adorned with large, dimensional flower blossoms along her hairline and distinctive applied hoop earrings. Traces of vintage pink and white pigments remain on the flowers and lips, adding wonderful depth.

Both pieces showcase an authentic, beautifully weathered patina developed over decades of exposure and display. They are highly sought-after mid-century Mexican pottery pieces, perfect for Southwestern decor, eclectic garden spaces, or specialized folk art collections.
