Book is in great condtion
no major creases/riped-bent corners
Binding is still intact with no damage
front cover is missing something in the white spot where the cuckoo cuckoo comes outs
T⁵he first page santas leg is undone along the perforated edge, visible in pictures
on the first page under "this book belongs to" section, written in ink is a childs name/age/date 12/25/54
turning the pages of the book exposes different
pop-ups all in good condtion and work as they should
a few pages in, on the elf playing musical instrument page there is a slight area of damage /something missing visible in pictures on right side
page with the paint brush and paint rounds
some discoloring on the opposite page from the paint brush the blue paint round is missing others appear unused
second to last page there was a ballon that was part of the display however balloon deteriorated over the years and stuck to the pages causing some damage visible in pictures
