Vtg 1940s Child Halloween Costume Felt JOL Witch Hat Black Cotton Dress & Caplet For Sale

This is all homemade. The simple cotton dress is 38" long shoulder to hem. Ties in the back. There is a double row caplet that matches. The hat is all black heavier felt with a really cute orange JOL on the pointy part of the hat. There is black yarn for hair on either side. I do not see any damage or moth holes. This hat has a inner circumference of 14 1/2", so that would fit a smaller head. I am guessing maybe for a 10 year old. This was from my Halloween birthday Mom born 1931. That is whyI am also guessing 1940s era.
